The AMSEP details:
Place: Jichi Medical University, Tochigi Perfecture, Japan
Date: 29th April - 6th May 2013
Price: Rp 1.750.000,00 (Does not include airport taxes, ticket fee, and shopping)
There will be 4 delegates from Indonesia going there.
Because AMSA UI had hosted them last year, so AMSA UI will get minimum of 2 seats. But the other 2 seats are open for all AMSA Indonesia members !!
THE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN ON 24th February- 3rd March 2013. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE OR AFTER IT
How to register:
1. Download the attachments, including: AMSEP Form, CV, Motivation letter, and recommendation letter
2. Please fill all the requirements and save in following formats:
Amsepform_Fullname_University
CV_Fullname_University
Motlet_Fullname_University
Reclet_Fullname_University (filled by representative of local AMSA)
3. Please submit the amsep form, cv, and motlet to amsep@amsaindonesia.com
4. Recommendation letter SHOULD BE SENT ONLY BY AMSA UGM REPRESENTATIVE (Amadisto Gerwindrawan) directly to amsep@amsaindonesia.com
5. Make sure you have an active passport
